RETURNS:
Any product purchased from All Exclusive Co., Ltd. may be exchanged or returned within 5 days of delivery if it remains in perfect condition and has not been worn. Additionally, all paperwork that came with the original package, such as gift boxes and certificates, must be kept and provided.
Before returning the goods, please contact us via email to avoid any customs delays or additional fees. Ship nothing back unless you receive our written approval!
All Exclusive Co., Ltd. may also impose a restocking fee on you, which includes outbound shipping charges and payment system commission that we have to levy.
We are always willing to talk with you about any specific situation and figure out how we can make you satisfied.
Note that there are no instances in which special orders that we do not currently carry in stock may be exchanged or returned.
